Where do you ship to and what are the costs?
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Delivery is free for orders over R550, while a flat rate of R75 applies to orders below that threshold.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for main centers and 5-7 business days for outlying areas.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all Fundamentals Skincare products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. We do not test on animals at any stage of production.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Instant EFT via PayFast, and buy-now-pay-later options like PayFlex.
